Quick n00b question for you again.

Does the +2 Defense bonus from Camofluage stack with the +1 Defense bonus from being in Hindering terrain, or does it replace that bonus?

I think it stacks, but im olny 80% sure.

the way my friends and I have always played it replaces it... though you'll probably have to look in a FAQ to make sure...

Ok, I shuffled through the FAQs at WizKids (both the May and June versions) and didn't find anything about Camo.

It does in fact stack with both the hindering terrain modifier and hull down

cavingjan is correct

+2 for the camo and +1 for having your center dot in hindering.

All modifiers apply without replacement unless the modifier states otherwise.

So Camo grants +2. Hindering grants +1. Hull Down can grant an additional +1.

So if you have Camo gear on Bartleby in Hindering terrain your defense is...

20 ('Mech) + 2 (Evade) + 2 (Camo) + 1 (Hull Down) + 1 (Hindering Terrain Modifier) + pilot = 27 ...

Now stick it in base with Peacemaker for 30!! ... ;)

You can't use Evade and Camo together, so it's actually only 25.
But yes, they do stack.

Actually the camo gear cards can be used with other non camo speed SEs (including evade). Similar thing with evade gear cards. That is the only way that you can use both evade and camo at the same time.

Actually you can because both Evade Gear and Camo Gear state that they may be used with other speed mode SE.

Unfortunately the medium weight class is the only one missing Camouflage (at the moment) so you are kind of right but for the wrong reason. However I wasn't talking about anything other than the theoretical position if the M card existed and if it did, it would stack.

still when do you take the click damage when using Single use Camo. before opponent rolls and hits the modified defense or after, or do you only click it when he rolls above the defense without camo.

my guess is that after the attack is resolved you take 1 click for using the camo even when the attack missed.

same question basicly with SU decoy when is it in effect and when do you take the click before the 2nd attack roll or afterwards?
