I think this is a little stonger than I first thought.
If you send off the worms quickly (push one Technomancer) the Golem and 2 technomancers can then do a bit of formation shooting if they are a little closer than you want them to be.
Just a side note, I wouldn't recomend pushing a Technomancer...
As for the army, it's pretty decent. Some armies might give you a hard time, but I can still see it getting a good run. One question though, why do you have a standard Techno? I'm guessing you don't have more weak ones, but if you have them, a weak one is a better deal point-wise.
An alternative that I suggest you try is to change all the Throttle Worms to weak and fit in a centaur leiutenant (Did I do the math right there?). The worms won't last as long but at least you have more options.
I might be trying this one out sometime... Never used venom before, and this could be an ideal testbed.
You said it's a fun army, not a competitive one, and it sounds really fun.
You could downgrade the worms, as meltobaggins said, as well as the technomancer. The pushing advice is good, but I think you wouldn't push the Technos anyway.
