I understand if you are MLed into the back of a figure, they can spin; but can you move then ML into the base so your move action is accomplished and your still in the back arc?

no becuase the SAC reads that for sneak to work the fig must be in b2b after the end of the move action. in you example the fig move and b2b after another move

has nothin to do with that...the rules say: When you MOVEMENT ends in the back of an figure....so if you move and then LEVITATE...it´s not the End of your Movement.

Yes, that's true.

The reason is because a figure only gets a free spin when another figure moves into contact with it. Being moved into another figure via levitation does not give you a free spin.
