Upon playing a few games since Sinister's release a question came up. How exactly do figs that belong to multiple factions work. Can that one fig go in formation with either faction or can a formation the two factions be made (i.e. Steam Golem, Wrath Golem, Amotep Gunner be made?

No, it can simply be in one or the other. You can't use a multi-faction to "glue" the formation together.

Movement formations have to all be from the same faction. A dual-faction char. can be in a formation with either of the printed factions. And as said before ^ he can't glue a formation of BPR's and Guild members together in one formation, the entire formation has to be from ONE faction. Hope this helps. (there is the magespawn shyft exception to that rule :D )

Well, technically the Shyft/Mage Spawn formations don't violate that rule. Mage Spawn is not a faction per se, so only one faction is present. Shyft. :)
