You could see problems against armies with a lot of Toughness and Battle Fury figures, like trolls. The Rams will be denied use of their best SA, their attack isn't all that hot by itself, and the Mancatcher can't do her thing.
I'd suggest changing the Rams either to 3 ***War Hatchetkruggs or 2***Galeshi Ram Chargers. Either one of these has a better attack to fall back on if Toughness is a problem, and with the Galeshi you get to keep the 12" movement.
This way you're not relying on just your Striker to deal with the Toughness figs.
That army isn't so bad. You should consider replacing your ***centaur medic with a *troll gunner. The gunner is a little slower, but it gives you range plus toughness and one more click of damage. And your medic won't be able to heal your ram guys if they are in contact with the enemy....which is where your ram guys will probably be for most of the battle.
no i have to disagree. The troll gunner would be a complete waste of points. Mounted peices need healers badly. On general most lose their goodness at about a 4 click or so hit unless unique. Plus what does it matter if the rammers are in base? They almost always break away or kill something so will be open for a heal ont he exact turn they break or finish their oppent. The medic isn't that bad of a desperation attacker either. Most people dont consider an attack from a healer. Big Mistake, ive killed more peices with an EGM then i can remember.
I second the idea of switching two of the rammers for the two hatchetKruggs for a nice balance. Keep one ram fig in there to take care of annoying peices who dont keep their abilities long.
Other than that a nice army but keep that healer in there.
I must concur w/ stormy101... the healer is neccesary for an army w/mounted figs, also would reccomend taking out one dwarven ram, three seems like overkill... overall, 4/5, nice army
If you follow either of my suggestions, you can use the points you gain from your new ramming configuration and drop the Centaur Medic to easily get in a Krugg Seer. :)
Thanks for all the suggestions and comments. Will try Balduvian's suggestion to replace the dwarven rams with galeshi ram chargers while adding in a krugg seer at the same time.
