I made this army up a little bit ago and havent played it yet but i wanted to see what everyone thought about it. This army is 200pts

loners:
2 Imp**
1 Solonavi Avenger

Formation 1:
2 Woodland Sniper***
1 Woodland Sniper**
1 Elven Demi-Magus

well thats my army. all help is needed.

hm u could use some melee other than the avenger. If not then atleast get a healer for it. Maybe upgrade it to 300 points and get a few blades or E@As in there with a shaman

there is one change i can suggest but unfortunatly it is alittle chessey.

I LIKE IT but i think if i were to have this army i would take out 1 woodland sniper and the 2 imps leaving 34 points open.
wiht the 34 pointsi would either put a blue amotep gunnner in to the elemental formation or get a *shaman and a *shade

A small tip, dont use range. Use harrasment, and other melee figures.
Use him as you would any other large melee figure (except he moves faster)

I will put in a blue troll artilirist into that formation and take out 2 imps and the woodland sniper blue.

another thing you could do would be instead of a blue use a yellow. that frees up 4 more points lettting you use a ** elven demi. that would increase all your units defence to 16.

another more drastic change to your army is

3* troll artys.
1 ** mending priestess

total points 113

it holds 3 damage alot longer then the MEd woodland sniper. plus it would allow healing of your trolls to keep them in longer

yet again it is a commonly used tactic (but for a reason)

Snkae i think i am going to try that today at my friends house it sounds like it would work better than what i have got.
