This week on friday there is a 400 point army game. Here's my army:
1x Arcane Draconum :)
1x Bladesmith ||:)
1x Heirophant:)
1x *** Amotep Gunner[ag]
1x * Amotep Incinerator[ag]

u have 5 figs and thats a problem cuz if u lose one of your big figs it costs a lot of points and hurts bad. U have no harassment. There is little support for the big figs. The atlantis figs dont really fit well

That is a stupid army!!! 347 points tied up in two figs?
You can do better with 34 weak skeletons and technomancers!

put in some imps instead of incenerator.

You could have a very good army focusing either on Arcane or Hierophant. Both are too expensive to play together in a 400 points game.

I would pick Hiero and build the rest of the army around him, with Shades **, some lancers and cavaliers and a good healer or two, which could be Faith Healers ***.

the 3 dracs alone add up to 405 points... might wanna check your math next time.
