Thunder Golem x 1
Demi Magus *** x 1
Demi Magus ** x 1
Elven Demi Magus *** x 1
Elite Surok Apprentice ** x 1
Put the Elven Demi mag behind the golem. Put the two mags on either side of the golem touching the Elven D mag and the golem. Then stick the Elite Surok Apprentice infront of the *** Demi Mag while touching the thunder golem.
heh. I'm trying to gear up an army for this sunday. we're doing a seige type battle and I figured that the Thunder Golem was a good seige cannon :D
This game is going ot be fun. Our best player is going to get a castle and an army that has a proportional value to everyone else who is playing. All the other players get about 400 points a peice. I figure I'm going to use at least the two Demi Mags and the elven with the thunder and flesh the rest out with a Corrupted priest and some other long range hard hitters
Deathstars have been around since the begining... Tactics have been developed to defeat them.
Against your thunder golem, I just send one CC formation one way, the other the other way, both out of you puny 90 degree arc, you then need to spin to face one, then push or rest, to hit 1 guy, then I base you and its over. . ..
If using a ranged army, I just run Shades and imps as interference, your big fatty will need to waste actions agaisnt blockers...
You have to consider the fact that its one guy defending a castle with two to three people attacking him. The reason I was looking at the "Death Star" idea.
I don't have imps :( and Those ar ehte only two Demi Magus's I have
it wouldn't work well. There are too many tactics to defeat it and it isn't very mobile. If the opponent sends some chargers way out to either side then brings them in behind u there gos the whole army
