out of all the mgc blstrs/ magc emunity figs ( destroye, lich, magus drac) which is ur favorite

feel free to post ur favorites, pros and cons, or suggestions about these because i recently pulled a destoyer and already had the lich and magus but cant figure out the best one

I favor Magus the most. The Atlantis Guild has many figures that make great support, plus he is cheap enought for a 200 point army!

personally... i like the magestone lords, yeah they don't compare to the droconums and stuff like that but they are really good.

no i meant that out of the three differnt figs with magic blast and magic imunity,magus drac, destoryer, and lich

Magus all the way for me. AG units, as already stated, make great support what with their ME, and the Magus itself has absolutely beastly stats for the points, at least to start with.

I'm gonna have to go with Magus Draconum. The Destroyer came in a close second for me, but MD is just a little better in any sort of fight, IMO.

I've mainly used the Destroyer if I wanted MB, but I'm starting to appreciate the usefullness of the Magus now. ^_^ Should be fun finding MORE uses for the guy.

destoryer hands down cause it has filght and a high enough movement rate so it can manuver behind blocking terrian or behind a moving wall and blast away plus it's attack is high enough that it can hit

I like to fly him just behind my magna draconum and weakin them b4 the magna wipes them out

I think you are all overlooking the Lich, used right he is an incredibly strong figure.

i would say its pretty close.....ive used the destroyer a few times...like the fact that he has such great speed with flight, but he loses it for ram too quickly. the magus drac may be slower, but he can last alot longer in a fist fight and has higher attack for MBing those glass jaw units....with some appropriately placed terrain that is... anyway, the liche is awesome for its different abilities, but it requires some living wall, and it is entirely screwed if your opponent has fell reapers.......anyway, it works the same way as a magus with more levitation than blast. but again, screwed in a fist fight and once it loses lev theres no way to get those harassers and melees away fast and efficiently enough....

well then again any fig could become a great fig if used right

well, I read the beginning post of this thread again, and I see now that everyone is talking about figs with BOTH MB and ME. I believe that the lich is not really all that good because he really lacks in certain areas (speed, defense, printed damage, etc.) for what he does. Destroyer is okay. He's super speedy, but after he loses flight (and not having toughness really makes this easy) he's not nearly as maneuverable. I feel that against a really skilled opponent, such speed won't really be a problem, especially coupled with his lower-than-usual-for-a-90-point-fig 11 attack and 17 defense. The Magus Drac is slower, but he has besster starting attack and damage, so if someone bases him, he can sting 'em a little more than the Solo. Also, he has ME, which means you don't have to use terrain to hide him behind, you can use other figures and make them better. He's more durable too so my vote goes to the Magus Drac.

I like the lich and magus draconum but I think it,s magus drac whose the best of the three is has flight a decent attack and damage plus enhancement. The lich is also good supported with chargers and rammers plus a nerver ending wall it's good to play with.
