After pole arm activates the action is ended. With a charge figure moving and attacking is one action. With a MDF moving is one action and attacking is a seperate one.
So, a MDF can attack after it runs into someone with polearm.
Does it matter which section of the dragon makes contact? Let's say I move (with one of the sides) the front section into base contact with polearm. Is the front section no longer allowed to make an action?
Also, I believe there is an MDF with charge. If I charge a figure with my front section, And one of my side sections ends in base contact with polearm, is my front sections charge stopped?

No, it doesn't matter except in regards to which section takes the Polearm damage. Your dragon could use both side sections to base a Pyre Spirit then attack it using it's front section.

The Black Powder chariot has Charge on it's front section. If you use the charge feature to attack a Polearm figure then the attack is stopped. If you use Charge to move double your movement and base the Polearm figure with a side section, then that side section could still attack.
So, what if you use your front section to charge a figure without polearm and a side section comes in base contact with polearm. Is the charge halted? I think it would be. Otherwise I'm still confused on the matter.
That's a very good question that I have yet to see addressed specifically. But based on the wording for Polearm I would have to agree that the Charge would be stopped as the movement action ended in base contact with a Polearm figure, even if it wasn't the section gievn the action. The side section that based the Polearm figure, however, could still be given an attack action.
If a multiple dial warrior moves into base contact with an opposing figure with Pole Arm, and that opposing figure has it’s front arc in base contact with the borderline between two sections of the multiple dial warrior, both sections will receive a click of damage from the opposing figure after the free spin opportunity. These clicks of damage are applied simultaneously, but separately. If the affected section has Invulnerability or Toughness, it will take no damage. If a section that would be affected by Pole Arm is inactive, the damage is not redirected to a different section.
Most of the problems with MDF's and Pole Arm are about where the lines on the MDF base are. Pole Arm stops charge:
Charge & Pole Arm – A Charging figure that contacts a Pole Arm figure and is in the Pole Arm figure’s front arc after the free spin opportunity does not get to make a close combat attack at the end of its move. This is true even if the Pole Arm effect does no damage because of Toughness or Invulnerability.
Note that it simply says "a charging figure" and "is in the Pole Arm figure's front arc". Charge makes no claim as to where the movement or base contact ends up.
So, if your MDF comes into base contact with a Pole Arm figure because of charge, no attack is made if the Pole Arm figures front arc is now touching the charging figure base at some point (be it side or front).
