OK, what limit other then the healing insted of leveling do henchmen have.

can they open chests?

can they collect and carry treasure?

Not sure what you mean by Hencmen? I'm assuming your talking about non Hero figures in your party. In that case you can use them the same as a hero. They can open chests, fight, carry treasure, etc.

The big difference is only hero figures gain levels while a Rebellion figure would be able to be healed to full with a 50xp expenditure.

thanks, I know 3 warlords in my area but they each have a different ruling. I call non heroes henchmen, sorry if I did not explain that

"Henchmen" can do everything that heroes can except level up. As for warlords ruling differently on this, it's the rules unless you're playing a scenario or something.
