Speed is god in dungeons. The axe knight will only be able to move 2 spaces and get an attack in. Having Secris of Caero at Level 5 kills the point boost one would normally get from leveling after every 50 points.
I have no problems with Foster Grey and the Woodland Sniper though, as the sniper is a decent cheap range unit with a bonus on disarming traps, and Foster is an all-around good unit in the dungeons environment.
antimegas is right. u cant use heroes over level 2 in dungeons. also, i would consider taking secris out and putting in a quick melee fig in. maybe somehow put OoV in, or your best bet with points around there would be to maybe take the axe knight out since he's so slow and put in a solonavi avenger in. he can move 10 and attack with WM. Plus he is one of the most durable figs.
I never thought I'd hear my self say this but maybe the Solonavi Avenger would be a good idea . Vladd (or Urlick if you play Urlick, ahh I cant spell :o) would also be advisable. Joram Hawklord would be nice for his MB or even Avante Reaper (Bound and MB, though I'm not sure how effective it is this week). Lord Oren also has great speed and Seep and... a kill list longer most criminal's rap sheets ;).

Tell me what you think open for criticism.
I've considered an almost identical army:
Foster Gray 63
Hitash Levat (lvl 1) 32
Order of Vladd 96
***Goblin Volunteer 7
Total 198 points
I add the Goblin Volunteer only to spring traps and give you an extra activation. I would also worry about only having 3 figures since the winner is determined by having the most figures left at the end of the game.
