Id have to say Creator, especially if he got first attack...

I think in a match between two figures with nearly identical point value, the one that goes first will win. (unless a critical comes up or somebody misses)

Although the creater might win if he rolls a 6 on one of his regeneration slots. But, like R@g3 said, at the end of the day, a battle between figures of about the same points, it all comes down to a roll of the dice.

creator would win regardless. He has invuln reducing the damage.

Definately Creator, even if the Regal gets the first hit. Considering that both figures hit every time.
