Strategy: Sit and wait for the enemy to come to you and launch enemys at them when they do. Not all that effective, but I find it reeeally interesting to play.

200 on the nose. Charge/BA, Defend, MB, MH, light harrassing. Use hindering terrain

The only problem is that the Light Lancers are subject to capture.

My army usally vares but I almost always have a ***steam golem in it.

I just used this for Orc/KI, and had great results. Now, admittedly, this is because in part I wanted to use the mounted LE's I had just gotten, so I have here a modified, non-"you spent how much?" version of the army here as well.

Wyvern - 44 pts.
Chofni - 43 pts.

Total: 200 points

Now, here is the one I would have made before I went nuts and spent too much money.

Definately need figs for what I would regularly, but use 3 ***Troll Zombia 2 * Grave Diggers and Skeles to round it out. push and kill the trolls. They can swing on most of the bigger things, esp in 200 pts.

OK, I know it's lame to play one yellow KI and claim to fight for their side...

This army provides 2 rammers, MB, reasonable bounding shockwave, bound attacker, good speed, easy breakaway, and LI healing (although not the best healer). I fought against several different army constructions and this army did very well. Not the best army for non-scenario, but in wind rules it does very well.
