I haven't bought any minions boosters yet.
Decided to stick with buying singles.
The store had opened a box
and since it's first come , first get
"Quickness" was called for.

So in all I spend about 100$

KI Charger ( got him for free basically : discount from all my buys up till now)

good for store prices, but I think I could have done a bit better.

let's see....20 nons, 3 uniques, and a free chariot,.
4 figs per minions booster... divide by 4.....carry the 3.......
about 6 packs at $6.95 per ......around 42 bucks.

how did those lancers get in there??, and i would really have liked to see them fit a chariot in a booster pack???

but seriously now. if you those were figs you really really wanted, then 100 bucks probably isnt "too" bad - who knows how many packs you would have had to buy to get those certain uniques? in the end - the answer is up to you :) !

42 bux? ERR.. how often are you gonna pull the figures that you choose from a booster? if it is more than... zero times.... lemme know I need some figures.

Borg, you could have probably done a little bit better - but hard to say because you are in Europe.. dunno what the availability is in your area and I know that prices are a bit different between countries.

Not too bad at all. Out of curiosity where did the Techun come from?

I go to that shop frequently , The Lonely Mountain in Gent.
The shopkeeper is a nice guy and sells figures at reasonable prices
that's the main reason that I don't drive a hard bargain with him.
I pay the prices that he asks, that's my way of supporting the store.

100$ may seem like alot
but you've got to keep in mind that it would have cost me a ton more if I had to pull all of these from boosters.

Techun for example (was in the all-uniques box) is the one Unique I haven't been able to get my hands on until now.
So I didn't mind paying 25 for him , especially since 30 seconds later somebody else already wanted to buy him.

The Cavaliers were in a separate box (non-minions)
but they are too good to pass up for 2,5 , so along they came.

So here are some basic prices from the continent
Techun : 25
Amazon Drac : 20
KI Charger : 37.5 ("new" price)
Draconum Guardian : 20 ( I know , I missed on that one)
that already puts me at about 100.

It was alright, I would never have paid that much for a Guardian, though.

I payed alot for my Techun so I think you got a pretty good deal on that piece. It's always good to help out a local store even if it means 10 bucks.
Just my 2 cents.

if the price for the figs seems reasonable to you borg, all is well.

the important thing is that you got now what figs you wanted and you've supported the storeowner.

Techun tends to be the most expensive non-LE "normal" unique at between $30 and $40 dollars.

I think you got an ok deal.

just hearing the "new" price for the chariot gives a good enough of a price conversion to say that you got a pretty good deal in your area - it sounds like a lot to us from the states, but us yankees are kinda stupid when it comes to price conversions and such.

I wouldn't get a better deal in Sao Paulo, it looks good to me.

Especially because two of the uniques (Amazon and Techun) are among the hottest, and are usually very expensive on online shops.
