The first weakness I see is ram, since the stalking skeletons can't dodge it. It looks like a Pyre Spirit with ram, pole arm, and venom would really mess-up your plans.
The Stalking skeletons only need 1 ram to remove their dodge, correct? After that (once one gets based) your opponent can follow up with charge. Clearly you opponent will want to ram then break awy to ram another stalker.
The pyre spirit is wicked. It starts with a defense of 19, so it is really hard to hit. If it bases you, it rams. If you base it, you catch pole arm. Every turn that starts with your figure touching its front arc, costs a click to venom. It also hits pretty hard (10/3) and moves fast (12). One ate a 200 point army of mine.
