if you are asking what a yo yo is, there are better men then I to answer, but the just is....having a figure with bound in base contact with a technomancer. The bounder bounds forward, and fires. then, becuase the bounder started the turn in base contact with the 'mancer, he is "pulled back" using magic Levitation, back to safety. It WAS a very powerful tactic, but with the current meta-game, I guess it isn't the unstoppable force it was.
