this is something I renember some1 I know using a wile ago....as I first posted it...I saw it as useless (only 3 figures) but then right after I noticed the power and speed of the army...and all actions are used.....altough no Toughness or Healing in there to protect those bog pieces....what do you think about it???....

oh and this would be an advanced version...something I just Thought off...

Would this version be better or worse....you would get healing and two Quickness figures...but you lose a powerhouse.....

Using 3 figures and no healer is hard to manage because of the few options you can make.

You just made a better army because you really dont nead order of vlad.

I think the 2nd army is better.

Astrus is a great healer, and the 2 ** Stalking Skellies make great harassers.

I don't think you lose too much by taking out the Order of Vladd. He's a melee powerhouse - 13 attack and 5 damage, tons of vamprism, but he's quite costly. There are better figs for the same point cost. Plus, in today's range heavy environment he is not as useful... I think replacing him with support figs was a good choice. :)

As much as I love Vladd he really needs to be in an army designed to use him, and he likes a healer. The second army looks pretty solid: I might adjust toss the volunteer and adjust the Skellies to level Astrus up 1 but that's just me ;)
