Does dodge work against a back-arc attack?

Example: If figure A has dodge, figure B has sneak attack, and figure B makes a sneak attack against figure A, does figure A still get to roll a dodge check?

Since there is absolutely nothing that says it does not, it does.

any attack ...
even coming from back or front ..
even from F/L ...
it still gets to dodge ...
but dodge won't work with venom/ram/polearm ...
and explosive damage ...

I like to remember it this way: against the so-called "automatic damage" special abilities, like ram, venom, etc. etc. you do not roll for dodge. For anything else, anything else at all, you do roll. Hope this helps.
