say someone is shooting at my magus who has MI with a stormgolem who is enhanced by 2 demi magus. will the golem still deal the 2 extra damage from enhancement if the target is magic immune?

Magic Immunity reads that "This model neither gives nor receives additional damage from Magic Enhancement."

So in other words, no. The Magus Draconum would take 4-Damage from the Storm Golem, barring Critical Hits, but not the extra +2 Damage from the Demi-Magi's M-Enhance.
