Can magic healing be used to go through opposing figures and your own figures to heal a person in your healers range?

Magic Healing has no text that says it ignores figure bases or any other requirements. So it has to obey all of the regular rules.

Thanks just double checking. I've been playing a guy that uses magic healing just like that.
