Reasons

Formation 1(F1) can F.L. 3 targets for 4 clicks to everyone or just6 clicks. Plus everyone has a 19 d and everyone can be healed. (2 actions)

Formation 2(F2) has Ltd. Invisability w/ healing. So this allows you to M. balst all you want plus push and get healed right up.

Formation 3(F3) can move around and hurt random fig. that are trying to sneak up. Mostly to take out their ltd. invisiblity. If injured enough and take the place of Magus and get healed up.

What are the pros and cons of this army?

in 600 points you're going to get slammed by a lot of figs. ML in any form will cause you trouble A simple bonetoss engine is enough to disrupt your flow and allow the opponents more powerful figs to movein for the kill. Ram is you most deadly threat since a Ramgun could hide behind a an LI wall and simply wait for you to get close enough for some ramming pain. My suggestion would be to lose about half your healers Egm is enough. Lose the Demimagus's in favor of Amotep gunners the Draconum can enhance them while it can still dish out its own pain. Replace the destroyer with a big melee unit you'll have enough points for a Gatelord. When facing a ram gun just send the gatelord straight at the gun and wait for your opponent to react. Once they've launched the rammers at it move in with your guns and wipe out with the rammers.

You got some formation busting power and lots of good healing though.

a counter for the ram and lmt. inv. is the M. blast. the gunners ar still no match for anything with a high d.

I dont know where you got gunners from when I said "ram" but understand magic blast is a not going to help you in close combat against a Mochooch or WHK. All thy have to do is tap the Egm to knock those high defensive values away and if shes based with a number of figs I can ram both her and whatever you have on her.
