Ok, The Crystal Protectors will act like a "moving wall" w/ the 2 Phookas on the sides and the Zombie Baron in the middle. Behind will be the Magic Blasters (which all are enhancing each other) w/ the 1 technomancer and 1 Scorpem Gunner on each side. The Gunners would bound up in front of the "moving wall" (basing the phooka) and blast the enemy and then yo-yo itself back. The Nightmare Reapers and Detonaiting Zombie will take care of Venom, Ram, etc. and the HOST will take out any Titan-type figures. Finally, the grave robber, skeleton, podo, corrupted priest, and the last technomancer will be in the back, throwing podo and skeleton around where needed and bringing stuff back to life and healing them to full.

Personally i think this army could use a bit of work, but i understand that its hard for a lot of players to even scrape up enough point for 1200 pts game.
To start, i dont think you have enough fodder (ie shades imps etc.). This is 1200 pts so i assume its conquest so you only have 3 actions + 1 for magus, so you may be leaving figs sitting still for rounds becase of a lack of actions. Using all the ME figs is not as effective in the normal game in my opinion becuase if you were to for example replace the magus and his ME guys with, say, a row of 5 troll artilarists then you get the extra damage as well as extra attack and you save actions too,
Thank you for your response, Jinx. I see your point that I could have more "fodder" as you put it. I can use the 47 extra points to add a bunch of Imps or a few shades and such and that would solve my problem w/ lack of fodder. Well, I have like 3 turns +1 b/c I have command. After that, I row for command w/ my Magus, Lord Andreus, and Zombie Baron for a possible 7 actions a turn. the ME figures are not just used for enhancing, but if my "moving wall" breaks down a bit, they can attack as a huge ### formation and do a devastating amount of damage. Since, this is conquest, I move my formations in like sets of six or so and I will moving stuff around constantly. Your point is valid, and I shall put it into consideration if I ever decide to play this army.
Conquest is all about getting to do more then your opponent. More moves. More attacks. More actions. Nuff' said.
Keeping that in mind, here are a few recommendations-
1. Use formations- Use line ups of large ammounts of one figure. Maybe 9 or 10 **magestone lords would work well.
2. Keep a focused attack- Instead of having one main attack that annihilates everything, you have many small things instead. If you want Magic Blast, go for Magic Blast. Meaning ditch the stuff that does not work toward or support a Magic Blast offensive.
(IE- Zombie Baron, Detonating Zombies, 1 Scorpem Gunner, Phooka {phookas will have to move individually. These are going to slow you down way too much. ditch em.} and a few others.
Keeping all this in mind, here is a suggested rivised version-
You have a line of Magic Blasters to take down all.
A line of LI and Enhancement in front of them
Bond makers on both sides of the Phookas, so they can move to surround the catapults
A Bounder
2 Chargers
2 Interceptors (fell reapers)
and a huge ML/Ram engine
not to mention 2 high attack magic healers and a necromancer
plus some decent chump blockers
and some extra command
