As anyone can tell, there are several options open with this army. ML/Ram, Yo-Yo, and pure ML/Melee/Capture.
DO NOT be scared to push amazon.. That is alot of peoples fear nowadays. I fought things like.. LI (Windy/Jess) - Shared/MB (EGM/Caero) and another Ranged bit (Anunub/Caero/Gunners). Basically Vs. LI you have to fling in the ram warrior first.. let him do what he can, Then fling in the Blade. Or that 1 little guy knocking that Amazon out of her dodge is well worth the trouble. Then just let Amazon pick off what she needs to afterwards. You have a back up LI healer to run w/ Amazon to block LoS or incase you need to push Autumn.
Now you get 3x clicks of Ram vs. 1. This allows for more pushing to break + a 8 to hit for 2 damage. The Blade Golem still going strong and Podo as a LoS blocker.

Don't let 'em down ya Edible. By the time you add the Drac and a ML'er in 200 points, that only leaves 60 ish points for anything else. No wonder it looks similar to other 200 point Amazon armies.
Congrats on the win. I think I'm gonna play my gunner army modified a little to include a shaman in lieu of mondravalis.
Then again, it would be fun to play an all orc melee squad. :D
in 200pt games, a drac yoyo is capable of taking on a pyre ml/ram due to limited actions. the pyre can only ram a. drac once before its in her range, leaving her with a 12 attack against pyre's 19 defense, if she hits needing a 7, which is not so bad an odds, then byebye pyre. i know coz ive killed a pyre with my a. drac before, and that was even in a 500pt game but my opponent only has 1 ml'er for the pyre. if it could do multiple rams to the a. drac then its a different story...
flinging in and probably sacrificing an 87pter to move in a couple of 37pters, very interesting... dont get me wrong, i like the lts and i know that they can get the job done, but if thats the story, then theres a 12pt ram warrior that can as easily buy the a drac some time as well.
oh btw, 1st its said that the pyre spirit will " stop the a. drac yoyo menace", and now a couple of centaur lts joins the fray... hmmm... very interesting indeed...
but its no use discussing it here now does it? you will just go on that you will do this and that... etc. and your a. drac will fall to my ml/ram army... and this will lead on to pick-on-the-a. drac yoyo combo-coz-its-cheese. yeah, like ml/pyre is not. believe me ive tried it out before too... and have combined both in a 500pt game and came out against a couple of stonethrowers without a scratch. im not saying this to brag as i know im not even the slightest an experienced or as good a player as most of the other ppl here at the realms, but lets not discredit the a. drac just because your labeling her as the new cheese on the block fig. that have taken over your favorite cheesy fig. ive been around a while to know a worthy opposing fig when i see one.
oh well, fight cheese with cheese.
beezly, pls dont take offense as this is not entirely directed to you. and do pls post your ml/pyre army that is " CAPABLE" of bringing down a. drac and company as i am very interested in it.

oh well, its late and i lack sleep...
The smartest way to get rid of the A.Drac quickly is to capture her. Do not even bother messing around, trying to fight. I like the whole LT's following the pyre.. that opens up options. Say for instance.. you ML the pyre in.. thats 1 click. she loses dodge.. she pushes to smack your pyre.. thats 4 clicks. He still has venom. Now providing you have a centaur close by... initiate the venom on your next turn and let him charge in and capture her freeing up your pyre to go get some lovin. OR in the case you don't have one around... wait a turn.. and freely smack her for 2 damage, knocking her into MB. within the rounds that this has taken place you should have chargers available to harrass the "healer" and prevent that drac from coming back.
How do you like it? The Pyre is meant to take on the support figures while the ram is used to buy me time to get my two chargers up. It'll be a hard-fought, but winnable battle.
thats actually a pretty good army to pit against AD. it does seem to have a great chance of winning against the mentioned a. drac yoyo army. i can see what it can do to bring AD down. i know that the pyre spirit is one of the most feared fig especially in 200pt games. and i have to admit that if ever that a. drac misses on the pushed attack on the pyre then its definitely going down from there.
i do like the AD coz i see it as a powerful fig, but i dont use it all the time, in fact i only used it in 4 games, just to try out the combos and stuffs, and did rise up to win all 4 that i played her with, and have never used her again after that. im just stating that she did become one of the best figs out there that could come out of a booster to date.
and for the sake of a friendly strategic discussion, say on your turn you move and lev. pyre to a. drac. that ends your turn. assuming AD has a token, push to smack PS, and assuming she hits needing a 7 ( coz we very well know that if she misses, there's no chance her) dishes out 4 to the pyre, which still has venom. then i move up probably the blade golem. your turn, you move up the 2 centaurs into position, end of turn. my turn, i could ram the centaurs at least once to buy time for my a. drac. or i could lev. it 10" back towards the crystal protector for healing. either case im out of reach from the centaurs. that added venom leaves AD with a 14 def which gives the CP a nice chance to heal. even with just a heal of 2 gets her back her bound, 12 attack and 4 damage pierce and tokenless. then what do you do?
im also eager to learn more, and stategies through discussions here on the realms. :D
I also like the 2x ***Centaur Lt. combo, but why not 2x ***Light Cavaliers? Faster, easier break aways, and the cpability of doing 6 damage? Just something to consider- I know her 14 defense scares some people away, but her speed and damage potential offset that, IMHO.
