I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but I'm new here and haven't seen this asked so:
1. Stealth says that restricting terrain is treated as blocking terrain when a LOF is drawn to them, but Magic blast says to ignore terrain modifiers, so magic blast can hit a warrior with stealth, correct?
2. Ram Vs. Polearm. Just out of order of events, I assume that Ram is first calculated, but I wondered if the figure then loses polearm due to ram and doesn't die gets to give polearm damage to the ramming figure.
3. Shockwave vs a bunch of stuff. Shockwave says to treat the target figure as if it had no abilities, (minus aquatic) so I was wondering if the following things happen when shockwave is resolved.
1. Lets say my Wind minion attacks a Gate lord(think that's it name, dungeons unique) with shockwave, (Gate Lord has invulnerability) Now does my attack suffer the extra 2 that I need to roll, and does it only do 1 click or the standad 3 clicks. Same question with toughness.
2. Does Magic retaliation get to fire on me? Kind seems insane if shockwave can ignore so many things.
3. Does Shockwave also ignore Stealth and Limited invisibility?

Correct. Magic Blast can fire through blocking terrain, so Stealth making it blocking has no practical effect.

There is no order of events. While one could nitpick about the precision, the practical effect is that both figures would take the damage at the same time. Neither figure would take damage and potentially lose their own ability before the other did.

None of your examples are relevant. Shockwave considers the figure to have no special abilities. So Invulnerability won't increase their defence by 2 because... it's not there. Magic Retaliation will not 'fire back' because... it's not there. You see the pattern. Just read the numbers on the enemy figure(s), the pretty colors mean nothing.
Thanks for answering the first two questions; the third one was a question that I had to resolve when playing one kid at the local game store, because he threw this huge tantrum when I attacked him with shockwave and his guy lost its invulnerability. I just needed some people to agree so I can wave this in his face next game and get him to shut up.
I thought once that shockwave was an electrical attack, and thought that didn't make since considering that water conducts electricity. But my warlord told me that shockwave is actually a sound attack, and since sound doesn't affect water much, well you get the Idea.
Shockwave is an attack that tries to strike every figure within one-half of the normal range value.
How it accomplishes this is irrelevant. Electricity, Overpressure effects, Orbital Mind Control Lasers... it doesn't make any difference. Mage Knight does not run on that level of detail. The last thing we need is "reality" being interjected by people who know ever little about it. Which describes roughly 99% of the people here, including myself. :P
Does it make any difference if Limited Invisibility is turning invisible? How about if you're really, really small? What about a spooky fog that follows you around? Maybe it's adaptive camoflage which lets you blend into your surroundings?
The only important part is you can't be shot.
Any storyline explainations are completely (and rightly so) up to US.
Shockwave is just a helluva boom!
It might be sound for the banshees, yes... but detonating zombies, goblin grenadiers... they just like to blow #### up man!
well, the reason SW can't turn off aquatic is that if the figure was in water, it would instantly kill it. Honestly, that would just nullify swimmers...
1: YES, you can MB figs with STEALTH and on hindering terrain, that is if it's on range
2: both happen simultaneously, both take 1 click of DMG that is none of them has toughness ... if one has, then the one with no toughness takes 1 click of DMG
3:SHOCKwave ignores DEF. SA's ... invul/toughness will have to take 1 click of DMG, but if there's only 1 fig within the SHOCKwave area, that fig will take FULL damage from SHOCKwave. eg. windminion uses SHCKwave with only a gatelord in the area, assuming that SW was successful, gatelord takes the full 3 clicks of DMG otherwise 1 if there was another fig in that area friendly or not .. and there would be no MR if there was ever one on one of your targets as SW would treat all as having no SAs
