Just a quick question which I know I have seen the answer to before but can't find -
If the Atlantean Ram moves with, say one side, can you still inflict ram damage with the front? Or does a side actually actually have to be given a move action to be able to use the ram special ability?

You can inflict damage with the front. It doesn't say the section has to be activated, otherwise ram gusn wouldn't work. So the answer is yes.

Does that meant that a figure inside the chariot with ram, could give double ram if it based a figure with the side of the chariot. Double ram. And does polearm work through a chariot?

No and no.

Balduvian is correct, because ram and pole arm both require being in base contact with an opposing figure but passengers are not considered to be in base contact with anyone.
