This might be stretch, but is this possible.

If a demoralized fig is in base contact with 3 command figures, does the Figure heal up three clicks or just 1 or 1 past demoralized.

The *NEW* wording for command is
at the beginning of your turn, each Demoralized friendly figure in base contact with this warrior may automatically heal 1 click.

so If the demo-fig is in base with 3 command it heals 3... right???

The beginning of the turn is the begining of the turn, the is no Heal 1 then a second beginnig of the turn.

That's correct: the Demoralized figure can heal a click for every Command figure it's based with at the beginning of the turn.
The old wording for Command had the "roll for an action" and "heal demoralized figures" effects as mandatory, which meant that if you forgot to do those things everything afterwards was technically an illegal action. The change to "may" is a ix for that: if you forget to do those things at the beginning of your turn, too bad: you missed your opportunity. ;)

Well...i'm trying to find a way to say that that couldn't happen...but I can't find one.seems to indicate that you could heal more than once.

You can heal more than once. And this isn't a result of the new wording either... it was possible before that.

Little good that does in Conquest, ho hum... otherwise those brass commanders might have had a use.
