Says right on the Charge SA on the SAC, "This Warrior may not be a part of Formations." That includes attacking and movement formations, so charge does NOT work.

Conquest rules specifically state you may not move & attack in formation with Charge or Bound.

From the SAC: So a figure with charge can NEVER be part of ANY attack formation while charge is active. The fact that it is Conquest isn't relevant because in Conquest figures with charge can only be part of a movement formation and only if all figures in the formation have charge (still must meet all other formation rules like same faction and BtB at begining and end of action) as per the Conquest rules on formations:
So if a figure with Charge is going to attack in formation, in either Unlimited or Conquest, charge has to be turned off but if the figure moved and charge is off it can't make an attack that turn.

I think what razjaz is talking about is if there is already members of a faction on a figure in conquest can you charge with an outside figure of the same faction and formaton attack using the figs that are already there.
(charger being primary attacker.)

Or are you referring to next turn in which you could push to participate in a close combat formation by turning off your Charge ability?

yup its a no no.. because mainly you need to turn of your charge ability to be able to move in a formation or attack in a formation becasue the rule states you cannot be part of a formation. if your charge is still on you should turn it of or as stated in the rule (OPTIONAL)
