1) A mini with charge (Shadow - speed 6) captures a detonating zombie (speed - 6). What is their move speed now, 12 or 6 (speed special habilities passes to the captured).
2) The captured is in hindering terrain but not the controler, if they move they follow the terrain rule (stop after leaving terrain)?
3) Can you free a fig using levitation (levitating the captured or the controller, or both are levitated)?
1) They would have 12 speed, that is why I think charge figs make the best captors.
2) If the captor moves away the captive moves with him, the captive isn't actually the one moving so the the rule does not apply.
3) If you ML the captive away he will just come back, if you ML the captor away the captive will follow. So no you can't free the captive that way.
1: the captive will inherit the SA of the captor ...
2: it's the captor who'll be affected and not the captive, the captive is just along for the ride so as to say :) lol hehehe
3: NOPE ....
You should note for #3 that a captive cannot be the target of anything at all. No attacking a captive, no healing a captive, and no Magic Levitating a captive...
Yes, that is true. But there is a rule stating that you movement is cut in half if you were touching hindering terrain. That is the rule that would be ignored.
Okay, now that his question is resolved, I've one of my own...in the rules, it states that if a captor is killed while the captive occupies blocking terrain, the captive is eliminated, and points are accrued...my question is, how do you get the captive into blocking terrain? In my mind, this would make for a great hostage tactic...:D
because acquatic is an OPTIONAL ability, u can capture a fig, place it (not you too) in deep water, and in a next turn then turn acquatic ability off... our captive is drowned, and you are free to repeat the entire procedure with another enemy fig :D
Bye
how about venom , say your "podo" has captured someone and your pyre spirit moves into base contact with the captive and another enemy figure. now sense your captive is still an enemy figure then the venom should still do damage to the captive because its not being tageted

This isn't exact, u can't NEVER damage a captive! Ever shockwave (that can damage your figures too) can't damage a captive!
This is certain!
Venom delivers damage to opposing figures in base contact. Captives, however, are neither friendly nor opposing, and so will not be effected by Venom (or Ram, for that matter.)
