I just wanted a clarification that all measuring is indeed done from center dot to center dot. I have a few players who haven't played since before Unlimited, and they keep saying all measuring is done form ccenter dot to edge and wouldn't believe me until I showed the center to center line to them in the rule book.

Measuring for range is always done center dot to center dot. Measuring for close combat charging or basing can be done from base to base (though allowances for center dot must be made if blocking terrain obstructs or infringes on the space that the figure base would be in after completing movement.)

While other methods will work, the rules have always said dot to dot for all measurement.

Okay, thanks. He was saying from dot on your fig to edge of base on opposing fig for LOF, and that's just plain wrong.
