It could work. You are fielding a lot of toughness, which is almost unheard off at less then 25 points, and you have a swarm of solid figures. I would switch in another healer though. Having two healers I think would be at a pemium in these 4 way fights.

I ran 5* scalesworn, 1** scalesworn, 5* whelps, 1 ** whelp. I had people running from me, that is until I got shot my enhanced flame lightning. That is the main weakness of the army. If you dont see much of that at your venue it should do ok, otherwise I'd suggest trying something else.

I also expect to see a lot of Khamsin Snipers, so the pierce would go right through it.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, I still like it, but watch out for that cheap sniperage that will occur.

Yes, all that toughness is good, but expect also to see some Elves-at-Arms, which are much faster than your whelps. Also, there'll be range so all the toughness will do is keep the Whelps around a tiny bit longer. You could still pull it off if you make sure you know what you're doing and play well. Good luck!
