Hey. Couple of questions about Brainiac 13, now that they have changed the rules around about what can and cannot be used with RCE:

1) Can Brainiac now Outwit people (provided he is next to another lower point Superman Enemy), and still do his RCE attack?

2) Can Brainiac use his RCE attack with his Psychic Blast (thus doing an unmodified 3 if he hit)?

1) Yes, he can Outwit someone and use his RCE. RCE has been changed to prevent increasing damage via other powers only, so you don't have the general "cannot be used with other powers" issue anymore.

2) No, you cannot combine PB with RCE. PB requires the figure to be given a ranged combat action, while RCE requires a power action. You can only assign a figure one action, so you must pick one or the other.
