I like Aeradon, Terrify and Ghostform is awesome. Hex is a great help too. Black Thorn, while being in Bloody Thorns makes sense fiction wise it is useless in battle and just serves to add points...

Well, for now, you don't have to worry about which Mage Spawn the Deathspeaker can summon, do you?

Aeradon-

Hmm, He can summon any MS up to 200+ points. He can Revenant any figure friend or foe. How often do you think he might use those 7-8 clicks of Necromancy ;)

I did like that he doesn't have Life Drain on his starting click.

But with the Revenant rules the fig will only be on the field one turn, Necromancy can keep you with a more permanent warrior. I think that even with his points he will see play because of his abilities and power... I hope we get a preview for General Vale tommorow...

HOLY SHIZZLE!!! A figure that can return Gate Lord to play with full health...... I never thought i'd see the day.

That is one figure i'm DEFINATELY getting!

Bloody Thorns isn't useless for Black Thorn. Granted she can't use one of the abilities, it can help when she is surrounded by figures, especially when she is holding an objective by herself. This way you don't have to spend an action to change her facing to a new figure after killing another. While not spectacular, it can be very good in those certain situations.

Wow add Galeshi sun sword to black thorn and hold a objective forever

I wished Black Thorn could of had some Melee bonuses... 10 atk is just too little for a 100 pts fig..

Bothing wqrong with it eskimo, look again, she has parry AND counter attack with an 18 defense, my guess is she;ll be able to get in two hit a round.,

Unless conquest is revised I can't see anybody using Aeradon. A 200 + point support unit in a 300 point game is a bit excessive.

Aerodorn is FRICKEN AWESOME! He is SUPPORT KING! And can defend himself in a fight to boot. I will definetly want one and will play him regularly (stick him with a Minion, or a swarm of cheap stuff). This guy will be very fun to play with all the stuff he can bring back at almost every turn, all he needs is a fig with command to keep him from pushing...

Black Thorne is a cool fig too. The synergy of Counterstrike and Parry is awesome, and she has an effective 20 defense with Parry. She will definetly be able to hold her own in a fight.

All in all, two GREAT figures!
