Necromancy has gotten worse since WK released MK2.0... the use of Necromancy requires a roll that could possibly eliminate a figure from the game. So basing an army around the use of Necromancy isn't the best idea for tournament play. If you're playing a pure NS army or even with a few DC, look at:
1) Nightblades, they're cheap and have a decent dial for the points.
2) Nightstalkers, sadly the long range of the NS.
3) MK2.0 DC nons like Zombie Centaurs, figures with Revenant, and Vampire Archers.
yeah, but im pretty sure you dont have to roll for guys with Zombie or Skeleton in their name, so the only thing i have a chance of not reviving are Grave Robbers (i meant to write 2, not 3), Astrus, and the Reapers. everything else comes back guaranteed, and they dont get double points for killing a guy twice
Alas, the die roll for elimination still holds true for Skeletons and Zombies.
Of course this doesn't mean that Necro is bad. It is dirt cheap in comparison to Summon and Revenant, and has the potential to bring back the same figure a dozen times. And since a large portion of your army are zombies anyway, you'll be fine if you lose 4 or so of them in your efforts to bring them back.
Anyway, as for the army, I would drop all the specialty zombies (Troll, Hound, Darkwing) and put in more regular Zombies. The normal, straight up zombies have excellent longevity for their price, and with Gang-up can do some damage. I would also drop one Robber since you already have Astrus (and I wouldn't want to waste too blow too much time Necroing).
Finally, I would consider putting in a Revanent piece. Detonating Zombies and Skeletons make excellent Revenant bombs, especially since the prior has such pitiful speed, and the latter can't is the definition of glass-jawed. For this army I would go for the Deathsinger. She could stick with the Robber and offer some help if he get's based, or fight off her own opponents.

in figures yes, but not in truth.
actually, revenant is a very inexpensive subfaction ability, as is summon, however necromancy is an extremely pricey ability.
I understand that you mean the * grave robber is half the price of say, a ** deathsinger, but compare them.
the deathsinger has five times the number of workable revenant slots as the grave robber has necromancy. the deathsinger also has pathfinder, and is an excellent fighter, you wont see the grave robber making the same claims.
