yes, throw in some of those command golems. nothin' like a figure that does zero damage. get rid of anything that's fast and/or has a ranged attack. I.E. the standard bearer and the utem crossbowman.
replacements could be tanglewood spirits, * zombies, previously mentioned command golem, especially the L.E. version of it since it's 30 points of zero movement.;) the *** tinker from 2.0 in an army that has no golems. if you can find him the the hero from the original dungeons set Kimble Garn would make a fantastic addition. start him at level 1 and you get a 25 point figure that gets hit for three and is worthless.
some of my suggestions for this contest.
only 6 figures so easily swarmed by the opposition, complete lack of high defense *highest is 16 and that's tezlacore* the highest damage is 3 and that drops after 1 click. your average damage is 1 and you have 100 points of figures that will almost do nothing. Now this is KRAP.:D
All they can do is sit there and try to heal, plus capture is a bit harder to pull off now, so they'll do nothing to you but move the whole game!
I had to do something like this at one of my tourney's, and the guy that won gave an entire army of crystal protectors . . . it was extremely frustrating.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the Shyft Matriarch? 114 pts for command and 2?!?!?!? damage...... you want to hamstring your opponent.
Why not the matriarch and the shyft fiend? That leaves you with, what? 9 points to play with? podo and a *volunteer.
Of course, now the Shyft really hits the fan....... all those shyftless(with 2.0) players are gonna sling shyft(snipers) at me.....then I'll be ankle deep in shyft(minus their wings of course.)...... but imagine the look on everyone's face when they see all the shyft in your army.

well the matriarch is also packing a 12 inch range with a 12 attack, in this enviroment she'll hit almost anything she shoots at and what if you get an army full of 6 inch movers while your opponent gets your matriarch? and her 18 defense would be nigh-impossible to hit with all the low attacks that are bound to be seen.
fcw3 and Orc-Zilla, keep in mind that you cannot have more than 3 of the same figure... and if you were using all Goblin Volunteers... that would be 57pts... and that includes Podo.
Gang up. I'd bet most players are going to be thinking of small inconsequential do nothing p-ant figs......Yeah, so she get's 1 good shot.... maybe even two. Count the number of figures in the original post?? Or some of the suggestions...
You have 4 figs..... 2 are useless and the other two are almost useless..... The Shyft Fiend has his uses...... but the matriarch is pur nasty, unadulterated unabridged Shyft.
And she's over 1/2 of your army. I remember the threads in the old days of "Is it possible to make a Hierophant army workable in 200 pts?" She just handicaps someone tremendously.
