Another Realmworx special?
If anyone complains about this one I'm just going to die. It looks pretty solid, doesn't have any penalties to choke on, and provides a good SA, and cavalry hatred all for cheap. I like it.

It's great for Avatar hate, since you have to take out the rider first. You can weaken both equally!

I can see this being wielded by Prince Warden since he only has 1 base dmg to start with.

I'll assume you can't add impale on to this, correct?

I still like it ALOT, being able to attack the rider and mount with one action and not having sweep is going to be very cool.

So does this mean we're not going to get any previews on what the realms-related relics are? I wouldn't mind it, rather have be a surprise anyway, when can we order these things again!?

A nice relic, cheap, good ability and good special ability.

What?? This doesn't give me a one hit kill to any rider I target without an attack roll and a +3 attack bonus? These blow, you can forget me buying them.

You would accept a one hit kill instead of an instant win?

So when can we order these, I am starting to shake when I think about all of the new goodies just around the corner.

I look forward to adding this to my collection. Fairly inexpensive, and causing damage to both rider and mount is always good.

Only warriors that can become riders can wield Obsidian Lance.

(Optional) Give this warrior a close combat action targeting a single opposing cavalry unit. Make one attack roll and compare it to both the mount's and the rider's defense values. Deal 2 damage to each combat dial against which the attack succeeds instead of the wielder's damage value.

wow, that's pretty good for 26 points - 4 damage with crushing blow... thinking this one is better than actual DR relics (well, except for maybe 6 or so ;)) :D

my only question would be if crushing blow applies to the two clicks of damage.

If not, it's a cheaper alternative to Bracers of the giant, and allows for a healing potion as well.

Correct, Cavalry units are not a single target.

The last two (Realms themed) relics will be debuted on Friday. Presales start May 1 (Saturday). Convenient, no?
