I'm looking forward to the Melee format, think what would happen if some one pulled a good relic, an Avatar, and 2 good nons from his or her booster.......EVIL!!!!
I dont know if it has always been like this or not. But i noticed that constructed events can be between 200 and 500 points without it being classified as a "house rules" event.
I like the fact for sealed events the boosters must be bought at the venue. Also if your booster includes a chase figure (avatar ) you can have it replaced. Of course who would do that? unless they could just buy a second one instead of losing it.
Neat to see that Conquest carrot still dangling out in front of players. I wonder if Wizkids expects players will purchase conquest quantities of set rotating figures.

I'm reasonably certain that's the reason. This rule is very similiar to the Sportsclix rule. You probably wouldn't want to draft it for your army, but you probably want to keep it. This way, you get your booster and can replace it with another booster for play.
I know,it would really suck if you got THE perfect booster for a draft, and had to give up something inside of it because you happened to be playing a Draft (particularly when you pull both a powerful Relic and a Unique).
