Well, I have been examining the rules, and I've come to the conclusion that most people have been playing Leadership wrong (ie: using it to fire/act continuously)
Here is why:
We all know what Leadership does...if the figure has no tokens, you can take a token from a friendly figure 10 inches away within LOS when it is given an action instead.
Here is a common scenario:
Turn 1: Sytha Uses Storm Maul...Token goes from her to Zeph
Next Turn
Turn 2: Sytha Uses the Maul again, token stays on her, Zeph clears
Next Turn
Turn 3: Sytha uses the maul, token goes to Zeph
This is where things go awry. The way most people play it, the token goes to Zeph, and Sytha clears. But, the rules say (On page 8) that a figure only clears it's tokens if it didn't act that turn. Sytha was still used on turn 3, so her token stays and the other one goes to Zeph.
If anyone can tell me if I'm wrong, please show me where in the rules it says otherwise
I think you are talking about page 6 in the rule book...yes...it says remove tokens from figures not given an action...but that was changed a while back...like 6 months ago in the FAQ...it should read...remove action tokens from figures not given an action token...think about it actually...if they hadn't changed it...you could continually use the Leadership ability and clear his token every turn because he is never given an action...hope this helps...
Even if it did work the other way, on that last turn, Zeph using leadership to take the token is not an action, so technically under the old rules, he would clear right away and could leadership again next turn.
But theres one thing people don't add in when they figure this stuff out, the within 10" thing. If you just keep moving your Non-Leadership figure, eventually you will get out of range, and eventually that Leadership figure will have to move. I'm not sure if that does anything or not, I think it would, but its something to remember.

Most of the situations dealing with using a figure every turn deal with static batteries of figures. The Book of Lightning, Storm Maul & Bombardment are the three main examples.
I agree with Verdechu. Under you logic, Sceptre, since Zeph wasn't given an action he would clear at the end of every turn, and Sytha would never clear its single token.
heres something i need clarified. if you want to leadership a fig, when does he has to be with in 10"-LOS of the leadership fig? before, after, or before and after the action?
When you give the action.
I.e. at the beginning of the action.
A common scenario I see is:
Khan Rava + Khurga.
1st turn) Khan Rava is at exactly 10" from Khurga. Give Khan Rava a ranged combat action, use bound to bound 8" more up. Use leadership to give the token to Khurga.
2nd turn) Bound Khan Rava again, back into 10" from Khurga. Khan Rava gets the token, the one on Khurga clears.
1. The unit w/leadership is based contact with a friendly. He takes the action token for that friendly figure. Since leadership needs a LineOfSight (or range) requirement, is this legal?
2. The unit w/leadership used this ability in his turn and was given an action token. Then the same unit with leadership was given an action (during the same turn) and attacked an opposing figure, is this allowed? My opponent's premise was "leadership" only gives you an action token, but not an action (?), as such he can still make an action.
As a follow-up question, in case #2 is allowed, would he be given a 2nd action token and push damage?
