I think I remember a ruling on this but I think it was in the pre-2.0 faq.

When a figure leaves the table does it retain its tokens until the time they would have cleared?

For example a figure is pushed to death, then Summoned/Necromanced back on the same turn. Does it still have two tokens which will not clear until the end of your next turn.
