No. The Technocat may be as stealthy as one's shadow, but the Surok Rider on top of it is going to stand out like a sore thumb regardless of his cat's best atempts.
Gecko, are you sure, with the new fact saying SAs can be used from mount for rider?
"When a cavalry unit is given a move action, only the mount’s speed value and proficiencies can be used to resolve the action. Both the rider’s and the mount’s special abilities can be used to resolve the action."
I believe this is only for move actions so if a rider has a move action like bound it can be used, however with all the new changes who knows.
So if the mount has ghostform but the rider doesn't, can ranged attacks ignore the mount's base even though they can target the rider? It seems kind of dumb that you could shoot through something and at it.
When you shoot a rider on a cavalry unit, you aim at the mount's center dot. Regardless of whether the mount has ghostform or not, the mount never blocks line of sight to the rider.
