Does anyone else find the Honor and Death results a bit suspicious?
I mean, first of all,its not even the end of the month.
The deadline to enter results isn't for another week.
We just played the scenario 2 weeks ago.
Secondly,
Almost every venue I knew of, at least in Northern CO, played EF, and won.
Even the results on different threads here put EF as the vast majority of winners.
I'm getting sick of these "pampered' results.
I don't think they are accurate at all.
In fact, reading some of the recent fiction up to a month before the EF/DC storyline event it seamed rigged towards DC at the get go.
Take for instance the week before lasts scrying chamber (which was while this scenario was going on) they mention the circle of 5 and it appears there was a defeat somewhere.
Wizkids, Fire whoever is righting this soupy fiction that makes no sense.
Or perhaps it was wizkids way of letting the DC have a moment of glory since Deathspeakers were eliminated.
Whatever the reason, I find it extremely hard to believe DC really won.
Um...I wouldn't be so set on the DC not winning. When 2.0 came into play, a lot of people signed up for the DC faction and there were TONS of DC wins across the board.
As for the Scrying Chamber, you have to remember that the DC beat the snot out of the EF a while ago, and they are still trying to recover from THAT assault. The Circle of Five (or whatever they call themselves now) are the broken and bloody EF leaders that were raided previously.
Personally, I think it all comes down to how many people play DC vs how many play EL. There are about twice as many evil undead as there are good tree-huggers. So even if half the DC players lose, they still have enough numbers to beat out the EF players.
Wait till you see the results from the faction war. It's a popularity thing, not a right and wrong (or even relative strength).

Actually EF 'beat the snot" out of DC in the last EF/DC campaign.
And the whole Rhiamon and SoulMare with Tazia taking out the circle was completely BS.
That just goes to show how biased these fools are.
Bah, who really cares? I mean, seriously, they're either going to lie to us (and you won't be able to prove it) or the numbers actually turned out that way (and you won't be able to prove it). For all you know, half the venues submitted intentionally erroneous battle reports to make the DC win. I mean, anything could be the case, so it shouldn't be our place to worry.

i'm an atlantean, i backed the DC to keep the EF down, and got my back-side handed to me...
answer this... How could anyone playing DC be able to deal with EF skydragons and/or MoM armies???
Kossak is not that strong... i smell a pre-baked storyline... poor hunn...
a) where do you guys see the tournament results posted at? i can't find them anywhere.
b) to answer your question, i beat down every EF sky dragon i faced, and i won for the DC at every venue i played at. how? karrudan's bow on blackguard riding the DC pegasus. i outranged their strike range, and took every chance i had to get the first strike on them. here's the army i used:
i had two chances to mounted bound and blow holes in sky dragons or their riders per the blackguard and the barrow knight. if they were on the ground, i could blow holes in them and throw a zombie centaur at them to keep them tied up. the EF sky dragon is good, but not nearly the essential end all and be all of mage knight as some people make it out to be. how good is your rider on the EF sky dragon after you have hit him for 6 damage? even with toughness, the * scalesworn honorguard, which is the most popular choice as a rider, is demoralized after the damage. any good player for the DC should have known how popular the EF dragon was going to be, and should have been planned for it, just like i was.
I think a lot of people are still signed up as the DC from when 2.0 came out. Sure they changed their faction on the Realms, but that doesn't matter. I bet most people don't even remember that they signed up for that when Wizkids told them it would affect the game.
I can really see the stupidity of many many people out there really messing up the results of many future events. Maybe a poll on the Realms to see what faction people are actually supporting would help figure this out.
