Good question. The sorcery rules say, 'Only one warrior may attempt to counter a given spell', but I'm not sure that takes multi-player games into account.
Anyway, I asked the question on the official rules forum and I'll let you know what is said... :)
Hmmm, well Sigmazero13 is taking that sentence literally. In multi-player games, only one opponent (and only one of their warriors) gets to try to counterspell. Choosing who gets to try isn't clear, though. Presumably, you'd just let the most powerful sorcerer try, since there's no specific benefit to the player countering a spell.
when we play, only the player on the direct left or right of the casting player may counterspell. whoever has an able counterspeller generally does it.
I say only one warrior gets a crack at countering the spell. It would be up to the players to decide who gets to do it: they could roll dice on it or find some other way to decide.
