Um, Quick whats retired question...

um... so what about the conquest figures, (Hill Giant, Catpult etc.), is all of it retired?

None of the multi-dial figures or titans are retired yet. However, you are usually not permitted to use them in Storyline tournaments.

Also, the Conquest LEs (all on the old peanut bases) are still legal, as well, as well as the normal-based figures from the Conquest blister.
