Well, I dont have much but as I am trying to enter Drakonas lair, I was wondering if this army would work.

I actually dont have many figs (im working on that.) So, if you have any ideas that would be great.

Well, Forge Relic won't work in there. Dragon Mystics can only cast spells with an affinity cost. Fang Ritual is a nice choice, though. Also, you can't use Shadowplate on Kem. Shadowplate requires :shield: and Kem has :mi:. I like the idea, though. A nice fast charger and a good bounder. Sounds like a winner.

Since you can't use the spell, or that relic perhaps you could put Call Familiar in the Mystic's spellbook, instead. Then you've got a recurring harasser. But you'll want one with :wing: so you can keep your Mystic at soaring. I'd consider the ** Blackwing, since it's a pretty decent piece on it's own.

Ice Hawk is correct. I'll have to update my sources. Unfortunately, with the loss of Forge Relic you've still got a large point deficit. Maybe you could switch the Cloak with Magestone Bracers?

Only 1 problem, I dont have call familiar, Instead, I was thinking of using either:
-fang ritual
-dragonflame

or

-Fang Ritual
-Psychic Reflection
-Mending Touch

I like the Mending Touch version myself, since it can be useful if Kem gets in trouble and Psychic Reflection is even better than Dodge (though he won't get to Counter). I might even cast the PR on the Mystic so he can keep on Bounding...

But the Dragonflame version is nice, too, if you like playing all offensive. And Kem's immune to the blast because he's :mi:.

Both look like good options! I think you'll have fun with it. :)

I'd pick the * Zombie Centaur. Durability, speed, autodamage and an actual threat if you ignore it. The *** Orc Marauder and the potion of dueling is a decent secondary, but nothing beats :hspeed: for harassing units.

Kem w/cloak of dervish(+1 defense & dodge helps his counter-attack) is better than
(ghostform & -1 defense, just makes him too fragile)
& maybe the magestone bracers for another +1 defense?

I would go with the * shade & copy his Ram SA.-cheap!
you should lose the Drac since you'd be spending 200+pts on only 2 figs wont leave much for support,& believe me
high defense + good support winz games

I went undefeated once again (3-0) for the Magestone Eruption event. I used
Chroma w/magestone shield(+3 defense,for a whopping 22defense/23 at soaring) & bracers ot gaint
Krang w/tome o' wierding(call familiar & hunters luck)
* Dwarven Forgemaster(by far one of the best familiar's out there,10 attack with WM & Crushing blow for 28 pts!)
& 2 small harassers.

@WeeDawg, he's making an army for the Drakona's Lair scenario. That scenario requires 100 pts of wand figure. The *** Dragon Mystic is a pretty nasty way to fill those 100 pts...


BTW, Chroma's defense can never go higher than 22 due to the rule of 3...

I'd prefer Magus Alment Lan 102pts(bound/dodge) & a +4 attack bonus he can use for ALL attacks he makes.not to mention his magic immunity.

I dont have alment lan so i cant use him so my next choice was the revered mystic. I think that i will use the centuar zombie and I might change to using the cloak of the dervish (im just worried about 300 point armies built around a few casters and either kahn rava, valkerai tazia or lord valantis). Im just gonna have to see what happens and thanks again.
