Anyone has an idea what scale the Mage Knight figures my have?

I would guess 28 mm.

I think he means scale to actual size. I dunno measure a human sculpt and go with 5' 8'' or the metric equivalent for normal size. figure it out from there.

When Kenntak said "28 mm", I think he meant that the average human figurine is 28 mm from foot to eyes.

If you assume that the average (heroic) human is about 70 inches (~178 cm) from bottom of foot to eyes, then we have a scale of 28 mm = 1780 mm, or 1:64 roughly.
