Although errors do occur from time to time, we understand that the errors on the Mage Knight: Omens Karlis figure make the figure completely unplayable. If you have received this figure (#207—either the Limited Edition or super-rare version), you can return the dial to us for correction. Simply pop the dial out of its base and mail it to us, along with a self-addressed envelope, to the following address:
Karlis Replacement
WizKids, Inc.
12145 Centron Place
Cincinnati OH 45246
We will resticker the dial and send it back to you within 4–6 weeks. Please make sure to include a self-addressed envelope with the dial for faster processing (don’t worry about the stamp; we’ll take care of the return postage).
LOL!!! Oh.... then it will be expensive to get my Karlis replaced...mmmm.... dont worry about me sending it to u.... ;) ....but could u send it back as soon as u get it.... j/k!

No. They aren't asking you for a self-addressed stamped envelope, just a self-addressed envelope.
I'd email WizKids customer support before I sent them in if I was outside the U.S., though. I know the normal replacement policy doesn't apply outside the U.S.
While I am typically a self proclaimed Wizkids... umm "disliker" (Neurolinguistic programming ;) ) ... I feel this is a very positive demonstration of quality customer service.
I can't help but think that more examples of this type of behaviour from WK over the past 3-4 years might have increased the player loyalty as well as the longevity of the game system.
After hearing all of this "end of MK" business I wouldn't have been surprised if WK forgot about the whole Karlis fiasco and left us hanging. But I'm very glad to see that they are fessing up about their mistake and doing somethign to correct it. If I had a Karlis, I'd be sending in that dial for a new one.
