I didnt even know what Shadowruns was all about, so I really had no intention of buying any (for those that recognize me from hcrealms, all my extra money is in that ;) ). Anyway, then one of the guys at my local shop had the Kellan promo and Kyushi (sp?) so we, VERY roughly, went through the motions of a game (on a counter with about 2 ft space).

I think I am really going to like it. Now I have been on here reading all I can and trying to learn more of the Shadowrun story. I just cant figure out who to get..............

My first thought is Silver Max, but people haven't been high on praise for him. I still like his tech though and will prob get him. Now to decide who my other will be...............Lothan or Liada.

I really just wanted to say hi to all and get to know more about this game. so...........HI! ;)

Personally, I think Max is gonna be a great back-up fig. The tech is gonna be nice, but thats just my opinion.

I think the best people to base a team around will be G-dogg and Lothan, or maybe even the Street Deacon. These are the 3 toughest characters with the longest dials, and higher stats(to see the stats for the entire wave 1 figures, check out the rumor mill. the final release stats differ slightly than the promo figs stats). Really, each character is solid in thier own right.

i'd personally start with the Deacon or G-Dogg. They're both good close in fighters, no real subtlety to em. and they come with cool gear. i know my first two pulls are gonna be G-Dogg and Lothan, followed by Liada, Kyushi, Deacon, and then Max in a distant last.

ill prob get lothan and liada then max then kyushi and finaly g-dogg ( i dont really like the deacon)

If you wanna bring the pain, long-distance-like, Kyushi and Liada are your gals. Just keep your distance, any of the bruisers will tear em apart.
