What is there that a league can do? Here's the problem. Our local coach is trying to make things fun for all of us. And all us players have no problem about him playing in the league too.

But the rules arbitrator has said no. Is there anything we can do? We like the prize support and would like our coach to be able to have fun too.

This sounds REAL familiar.

In our league we have two coaches and they switch off every other week on taking responsibility for coaching. That way they can both participate as players as well. So far it's worked out REAL well since neither fellow has won a single prize. (OK granted it's only been ONE month)

Cincy I don't believe I ever said no to any one . It not my place to do that. But there does have to be two envoys associatated with an event for one to play.

Yeah, having 2 arbitors is the way to get around that.

I dont see any wrong in coaches playing in their own leagues. A. since they are coaches, they are in the limelight and it is harder for them to cheat or whatever. B. unlike in hero clix, this game you cant make a cheese team and dominate with stupid strategies. with the way point restrictions are it is sometimes hard to come up with a team for league play anyways. C. this game is not as popular yet as others so the more players the better in my eyes.

so as long as the coach is un-biased in his own games as well as others and has a knowlege of the rules, let im' play.
