So I get my Prize Kits in today, WOOT! Now, I just need to find a venue to Zombify!
Included were (I believe WK forgot to send me Prize Kit #4, unless I already got that from the Tire Iron/Big Ring of Keys Prize Kit, because there were only a total of 2 LE Victims when the base set had 4):
LEs:
LE Tendril Queen
LE Little Damon
LE Major Harper
LE Angelique
LE VICTIMS:
LE Professor - 5 movement
LE Test Subject - 6 movement
LE MINIONS (movement, attack, defense, damage, range):
LE Vampire Minion, 6, 8, 15, 2, 0
LE Slasher Minion, 6, 9, 15, 2, 0
LE Occultist Minion, 6, 8, 16, 1, 4
LE Werewolf Minion, 7, 9, 15, 2, 0
LE PLOT TWISTS:
L2B: REVERSION SERUM: A victim receives a shot of serum in the nick of time: Play this card when a minion token is put into play. Roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, remove the minion token from the game and replace it with the last slain victim. Victory points are not gained for the last slain victim. "She turned vampire. It didn't take."
L3B: HEAVY TEXTBOOK: The victim whacks the monster with a hefty tome: Play this card when a victim is about to be slain. Roll a d6. On a result of 5 or 6, the slaying attempt fails and the moster is dealt 1 damage. "So much for getting my bookstore refund."
L3C: EMP DETECTOR: A victim is protected by the power of science: Play this card when a victim is about to be slain by a Hellspawn or a Spirit; the slaying attempt fails. "We've got something! It's moving!"
L4C: FIRE ALARM: A fire alarm goes off, causing the victims to run for their lives: Play this card when a victim is about to be rescued. Roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, the rescue attempt fails. "Stop, drop, and die!"
L2D: X-RAY GOGGLES: The victim can see monsters approaching, even through walls: Play this card when a victim is about to be slain by a monster that moved at least 4 spaces to reach the victim. Roll a d6. On a result of 4-6, the slaying attempt fails. "Sees right through clothing!"
L4D: GENDER-CHANGE RAY: The victim undergoes a disconcerting transformation: Play this card when a victim is about to be slain. Until the end of the phase, the victim's gender changes to female if it was male, or male if it was female. "Wow. That looks uncomfortable."
All in all looks cool. Some of the plot twists look a bit underpowered though. Isn't the heavy textbook exactly the same as the Fire Axe? Reversion Serum and Gender-Change Ray are pretty cool, though. Nice concepts. The latter is especially nice with Jack the Ripper, or the Lab Gorilla's.
Ha! I love those plot twists. Even if some of them are redundant. But now you can effectively have 2 Fire Axe PT's in your crypt. So redundancy isn't always a bad thing.

L4D: GENDER-CHANGE RAY: The victim undergoes a disconcerting transformation: Play this card when a victim is about to be slain. Until the end of the phase, the victim's gender changes to female if it was male, or male if it was female. "Wow. That looks uncomfortable."
Oh, good lord, I need both of these very very much.
I would have preferred if some of the Plot Twists with more restrictions were a little more effective. Specifically, I think X-Ray Goggles could have been an auto-failure (the Monster needs to move 4 spaces for the card to be playable), and the Fire Alarm should have been Auto Failure, move the Victim 3 spaces (life is oh-so-hard for those Guardians...). Then these Plot Twist might see play time over the ones that already give 50% failure rates with no restrictions...

I'm pretty sure that's it. You only have 2 Victims because you have 6 Minions. 6 Minions plus 2 victims plus 8 Plot Twists = 16 prizes, or 4 months of prize support.
And input the code. It takes you to a Horrorclix Prize Support Order Page...I ordered one of each set at 12.00 each. In about a week, it was on my doorstep!

That is my favorite Plot Twist of the bunch! I was reading these while checking in the box last week, and I just had to interrupt my player group to read that to them. The LE Minions are pretty tough too!

So you're a retailer? Then why does your first post say you need to find a venue?
Pray tell, why would one need the Gender-Change Ray?
The Heavy Textbook, I get...any damage to monsters through PTs are awesome...but the Ray?
Jack the Ripper is female victim specfic
Lab Gorilla is male victim specific.
As far as tactics go, this is a very limited use card, as it only affects two pieces.
But, in a set titled the Lab, it makes sence. And it is just plain funny.
Happy to see no Gaurdian minions. The ones we have are tough enough. We don't nead better ones.
