We're trying to determine how to upgrade the inventory system because you could theoretically collect 4 different sets/release:

- 1st Edition Foil
- 1st Edition Regular
- Unlimited Foil
- Unlimited Regular

So, tell us what you'd like to see, and we'll upgrade the Inentory system. Please remember that this will also pertain to your ability to search for cards that you're looking for. So let us know!

I go for 1st edition and try to make the set complete don't care of it's foil or not. If i can't get the set complete fast enough i go for unlimited. The only thing that really counts for me is to make the set complete.

I'm going to try for a 1st edition regular/foil set. I'll gladly let the foils take the spots of their regular edition counterparts.

It'd probably prove useful to list all of them in the inventory system. Looks like people are gonna want a bit of everything as far as collecting goes.

it's been my experience that the difference between 1st edition, foiling, and regular cards is all in collectablity. Some people want only first edtion, some people want foils for thier deck and some people just want everything, so i guess listing all of them for the inventory system is a good idea, just don't mess with the deckbuilder for any of it. the deckbuilder is already a great tool.

One thing that would be REALLY nice to see in the inventory would be a way we could filter through our own collections. For example if I could list all the cards of each rarity that I'm missing or a list of all the cards I've marked that I want. In each of those cases, I can see what I have but only when I'm looking at the full set. Unless I'm missing something, in which case I'd love it if someone pointed it out.

Here's a dumb question: what's "unlimited"?

'unlimited' is the term used for the reprinting of '1st edition' cards.

either you get the '1st edition' version during a 'limited' amount of time from its initial release, or you get the 'unlimited' version, which is any time after they stop printing '1st edition' up until the game is no longer produced.

Thanks for the info, Torch. Knowing that, I can definitely say I want my entire collection to be 1st Edition.

I am going for a player's set. I have given up some of my foils to make this set.

Just in case one does not know what a player's set is;
Player's Set if 4 copies of a card. So I plan on getting 4 of every card. And since I am going to be playing with these cards, I am shying away from the foils.

What about Army Chars? You can have more then 4 in a deck and sometimes you might want more 4 ;). Oh yea there are 77 Rares in the Origins Set. So that is like 308 Rares hehe. At 24 Rares a box that is a about 12 & 2/3 boxes. Assuming you manage to get every card you need ;). That's a LOT of money. Hope you already started collecting since 1st Ed is already stopped printing and find boxes is hella hard now. I know a store near me still has some though.

Ill collect all the sets. Ide rather have a full first edition set of both foils and nons than an unlimited ste, but I don't really care that much!.

i've already finished collecting the 1st edition non-foil set. now i'm just about 40 un/common foils aways from finishing my 1st edition foil set.

I prefer to finish the set with just 1st edition cards. It does not matter to me if they are foil and regualr combined. As long as I have one of each card. I'm down to just three more cards and then my Marvel Origins will be complete.
